February 3 is going to be a stacked day for music. Big Sean, Sampha and SZA will all release new projects, and so will Syd — the leading woman from The Internet. Fin will be her debut solo album, and it’ll have one feature from 6LACK across the project’s 12 songs, including lead single “All About Me.”
Tuesday morning, Syd took to Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show to share the project’s second sound, the buzzing, intimate and minimalistic “Body.” She sings on the hook, “We can take it slow/say my name/don’t let go/I can hear body/when I pull your hair/what’s my name/girl, I swear/I can hear your body.”
