Chicago rapper Fredo Santana output has slowed over the last couple years (though that’s subjective, because dropping four projects in four years is still a ton of music — just not as much as he released over 2012-2013). He returns today, though, with Plugged In.
An 11-track retail mixtape, the project has one feature from his cousin Chief Keef, who just dropped a mixtape — Two Zero One Seven — himself. (He’s got a feature on a bonus song, too.)
