Still riding high off the fact that their previous single, “W’s” has become somewhat of an anthem of sorts during the entire run of the Atlanta Falcons’ playoff season, ATL’s Goldyard are back with their latest visual, “Naomi” featuring Scotty ATL.
Produced by Cousin Dan, “Naomi” serves as the first video from the ATL collective’s upcoming F*ck Culture 3 project and is actually named after Naomi Lavender, a multi-talented musician who also provides the airy vocals that breathe more energy into the anthem-esque song.
“It’s about the harsh realities you face coming up, when you’re not doing everything by the book,” Goldyard’s In-Doe revealed to Creative Loafing. “Naomi is mixed up in the same things we are. She’s our secret weapon when it comes to doing dirt and setting people up.”
