2017 has become the Year of the Off-The-Wall Music Videos, and Maroon 5 has added to the madness with their visual for “Cold.”
Also featuring Future, the video follows the faux-Pokemon zaniness of “Don’t Wanna Know” The whole thing just gets nuts from the start: one guy’s getting topped off by a chicken, Future turns into a giant teddy bear, and other such shenanigans. Then again, Adam Levine describes it as, “It was weird. Somebody slipped something into my drink. I think it was acid because I started tripping balls.”
