Teaming with Allergan, a pharmaceutical company, and See America, an initiative to increase awareness of blindness Lonnie releases a short, spoken word poem titled “Stand in the Way of Darkness.” “Sight is something that far too many of us take for granted,” Common said. “I hope our message resonates with people across the country, no matter what age or background.”
