Fabolous Receives Key To Brooklyn, To Have Street Named After Him

Fabolous helped bring a bit of good news on the anniversary of The Notorious B.I.G.’s death.

On March 9th Fab received a key to the borough of Brooklyn following an Icon Talks ceremony (in which he also received an award, thanks to his various philanthropic endeavors. Fab received kind words while in the company of the likes of Swizz Beatz, Wale, DJ Clue, Ryan Leslie, Doug E. Fresh, Omari Hardwick from POWER, Sharon Carpenter, and others. The rapper will also have a street named after him, scheduled to happen sometime in 2017.

Despite his still-youthful appearance, Fabolous is a 20-year platinum-selling veteran of rap music. He now joins Foxy Brown, who was awarded the key to the borough in 2016.
