Earlier this year, the LA Leakers took a page out of Funk Flex’s book and launched their own freestyle series.
Kicking things off with Kid Ink last month, the early stages of the series have also featured contributions from Zoey Dollaz, King Los (who absolutely bodied it, of course), and Belly (who, surprising to some, killed it as well). And now, for #Freestyle005, the Leakers get Joey Bada$$ to sprinkle some dope across the airwaves.
With Future’s “Mask Off” as the backdrop, Joey proceeds to float over Metro Boomin’s flute-fueled anthem with ease—flipping the hook and delivering a pair of verses worthy of a rewind or two.
