A Desus & Mero interview has become one of the more entertaining spots around. In the middle of their tour, Killer Mike and El-P — aka our favorite duo, Run the Jewels — stopped by the VICELAND show to talk about how they met, how they’ve survived off underground rap money, the craziest stories of performing live together and more.
Killer Mike also dug into his roots, starting as one of Big Boi’s friends, impressing the OutKast clique on “Snappin’ & Trappin’,” then his career taking off from there. And, per tradition, what was at the top of Run the Jewels’ rainbow on the show? “You should’ve voted Bernie.”
