After the Gorillaz dropped four new songs with the likes of Vince Staples, D.R.A.M., Popcaan and other two weeks ago, Damon Albarn drops the group’s next single, “Let Me Out” featuring Pusha T and Mavis Staples.
Albarn told Pusha T to “conceptualize a party if the world were going to end,” or a world in which Donald Trump were to win. “Let Me Out” is the result.
Pusha also talked to Zane about King Push, which he said is “ever-evolving” (I guess he caught the ‘Ye bug) and WILL come out this year. He also told Clipse fans to “keep hope alive” for a new album with Malice.
