Just a week before J. Cole’s 4 Your Eyez Only documentary debuts to the world, it’s announce Cole World has had an album go platinum with no features… again.

The hubbub surrounding his last album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive, was the fact J. Cole sold a million copies of an album without any features on it — something relatively rare in hip-hop. Get ready for the memes to ramp up again, as his latest project, 4 Your Eyez Only, has officially hit the one-million-sold mark.

4 Your Eyez Only was released December 9 with production from Cole, Vinylz, Boi-1da, Frank Dukes and more. The album took just about as much time to sell a million copies as 2014 Forest Hills Drive did. This makes Cole four-for-four on selling a million copies with his studio albums.

Congrats to Cole and his whole team.

Congrats to @realcoleworld 4 Your Eyez Only is now Certified Platinum by the RIAA.
