DANGERDOOM — the duo of Danger Mouse and MF DOOM — are re-issuing their 12-year-old album The Mask and the Mouse this year. The package will include a deluxe CD and a 3LP vinyl set, which will include the duo’s formerly digital-only EP, Occult Hymn.

Along with all of that, DANGERDOOM will include a couple previously unreleased songs. The first of those unreleased tracks sees Doom and Danger Mouse connecting with Black Thought on “Mad Nice,” a song with friendly and inviting production — save for the cackles from the infamous Vincent Price. (You could say the beat feels mostly “nice” with a hint of “madness” to it.)

The legendary emcees rap about the struggles they faced growing up, later championing those feelings with the success the earned later in life.
