April 21st, 2017 will, sadly, commemorate the one-year anniversary of the passing of Prince Rogers Nelson. However, a label plans to release an EP full of unreleased tracks to celebrate the fallen legend.

That label, Rogue Music Alliance, wants to drop Deliverance, a six-song EP composed of “undiscovered studio recordings” between 2006 and 2008. However, both Prince’s estate and Paisley Park have filed a federal lawsuit against sound engineer George Ian Boxill for control of Deliverances. According to a Billboard report, the lawsuit estimates that the value of these songs are more than $75,000.

Whether the project is released (as well as a physical copy, slated to drop June 2nd) remains to be seen, but the title track for the EP has been released and can be heard below for the time being.
