The Rap Game Workhorse, aka Russ, has built his career the “normal” way: spending years releasing new music every week, performing across the planet and building a fan base every step of the way. All of this has happened without any “formal” singles or albums.
Until now.
On Cinco De Mayo (May 5th) the Diemon frontman will release his major label debut ‘There’s Really A Wolf, via Columbia Records. He shared the artwork and some information via an Instagram post today (April 19th).
“This is 250+ songs & 11 projects in the making,” he said in the post. “From the first beat I made almost 11 years ago to the first song I put out 6 years ago, it was all just to get to this point. Thank you to all the fans. We’re gonna wake up the world fully now. This is 100% produced mixed mastered engineered written by me. No features. I love y’all.”
