I figure this… (almost) anything is better than the Fyre Festival right?
Likely not to repeat the ill-fated mistakes of Ja Rule’s mistakes, Penn’s Cave & Wildlife Park in Centre Hall, PA will be the location for the inaugural Karoondinha Music & Arts Festival from July 21-23. Karoondinha (pronounced “ka-roon-din-ha”) hopes to provide attendees a unique experience, where they can take part in yoga sessions, dance workshops, art installations, gourmet food vendors, multiple levels of camping options and all-water tour caves, as well as the festival itself.
The brainchild of Kaleena and Paul Rallis (their parents’ family business is actually Penn’s Cave), Chance The Rapper, Odesza, John Legend, The Roots, Alessia Cara, X Ambassadors, Jon Bellion, Marian Hill, Mavis Staples, Count Bass D and others are slated to perform.
A pre-festival, “kick-off party” also goes down Thursday, July 20th.
