Rising Los Angeles duo The Combine (comprised of emcee Triune and singer E.Q.) quietly released their first collective body of work last year. The eponymous album featured heavy references to their love of sports, with Triune explaining to The Hype Mag “This album is like a soundtrack for your athlete. As well, we used “The Combine” and all of the sports references as metaphors for where we are in our career.”
While the project may have flown under the radar, the duo’s return this year is looking a bit more promising. Today, The Combine deliver their official video for “Dime City” which has racked up a few hundred thousand views in just a few short weeks.
