After a decades-long working relationship, Royce 5’9″ and DJ Premier united for their first collaborative album PRhyme in 2014.
Three years later, the dynamic duo is bak at it again.
On an Instagram post Nickel Nine revealed that the two are working on a sequel, appropriately titled PRhyme 2, capturing Premier in the process of cutting up a song. “I don’t like bothering DJ Premier when he gets in his zones,” Royce wrote. “He caught me recording SMH #PRhyme2.”
While there is no word on when the project will release, fans should be excited that the duo are back to work nonetheless.
