A quick back story: back in 2008, Lil Wayne and T-Pain were both dominating the charts and decided to form a duo called T-Wayne. They released tracks like “Can’t Believe It” and “Get Money,” and even recorded an album together. Unfortunately, Wayne’s legal issues threw a wrench in everything and the project was shelved.
Fast forward to last night, T-Pain shared the artwork and teased the idea of finally liberating it to the world. And less than 24 hours later, he delivered!
Arriving at eight tracks in length, including updated versions of “Snap Ya Fangas” and “He Rap He Sang,” T-Wayne can be heard below. Check it out and grab a free copy here.
