Vintage: Slum Village’s 2002 Tim Westwood Freestyle

blame it on Patrick Glynn May 25, 2017

Back when eLZhi officially joined Slum Village, the crew jumped over seas to promote their Trinity album. As most rappers do when they’re in the Untied Kingdom, eL, Baatin and T3 stopped by Tim Westwood’s radio show to lay down bars.

Rapping for seven minutes over instrumentals like Clipse and Pharrell’s “Grindin” and N.O.R.E.’s “Nothin’,” eLZhi handled most of the freestyling and, naturally, tore it all apart.
