In a stark comparison to 2016, in which he released a project every month, Curren$y has been taking his time in 2017, making the occasional guest appearance, his The Fo 20 Massacre mixtape, and reveals of both a new solo album and joint effort with Big K.R.I.T.
Recently, Spitta took to his Instagram page to reveal that he is working on a sequel to his beloved 2010 project Smokee Robinson. Titled Smokey Robinson 2: Smokey’s Revenge, he reunited with DJ Don Cannon once again and shared pictures of the two in the studio at work.
So, at the very least, it appears that Spitta has three more projects on the way in the Year of the Rooster.
