Watch Gucci Mane’s Shelved Movie, ‘The Spot’

blame it on Meka June 1, 2017

Back in 2015, Gucci Mane released an project called The Spot, which was intended to be a soundtrack for a movie of the same name. However, the movie never saw the light of day (mainly because Gucci was still in prison at the time).

Well, now the Gooch has released The Spot (no word if he’s using the moniker “Gucci Spielberg,” however).

Starring his soon-to-be-wife Keyshia Ka’oir and Rocko, the Mr. Boomtown-directed short aims to enter the pantheon of such esteemed hood spectacles like I Got The Hook Up!, Killa Season and State Property. Someone gets robbed before the opening credits, and apparently Gucci runs an ever-adapting kickback which is used as a shooting range/quick-stop love motel/Lord knows what else. There’s also some guy in a terrible suit with even worse-looking feet providing comic relief, and cameos from OJ Da Juiceman, Young Scooter, that guy that always screams out “What my name is?! SHAWTY!” and more.

Take a trip back in time, if one dares to do so.
