Given how Nyce On the Bass he is, Brady Watt is currently living the life of a rockstar, traveling across North America as a part of DJ Premier‘s live band, The BADDER Band. The five-piece outfit, comprised of Premo, Brady (on bass), Mark Williams (trombone), Lenny “The Ox” Reece (drums) and Takua Kuroda (horns and keys) recently kicked off their official tour a few days ago in British Columbia.
The Harlem multi-instrumentalist has also laid out plans to release his next LP, To Get Back Home on DJ Premier’s TTT (To The Top) label, and after supplying the project’s first single, “Youth In Revolt” with Michael Christmas, returns with the song’s official video.
In the animated clip, Michael Christmas is confronted and cornered by a group of White House administration officials white-nationalist racists until Brady swoops and scoops him up on an airboat and a chase over water ensues; concluding with a satisfying end.
