Most of The Weeknd‘s videos in support of his mega-successful Starboy have been eccentric, and this latest is no exception.
For “Secrets,” Abel spends his time wandering around the Toronto Reference Library, which resembles a high-end carnival instead: a hall of mirrors, several special effects, and more. Director Pedro Martin Calero (who helmed the dystopian short film Julius Caesar: Shakespeare Lives) is behind the cameras for “Secrets,” which would explain its surrealism.
