Hiero season is upon us.
Last week, it was announced the massive Oakland-based underground collective were kicking off their The Hierotrope Series, amid swirling rumors of a possible new Hieroglyphics album in the works.
The official press stated that the series “will act as an outlet to present cataloged material and new releases,” and set things off with a round of new songs from First Light — comprised of Hiero members Opio and Pep Love. That drop included “Livin the Life” and “Fu2.”
Mass Appeal recently premiered two of the first official tracks from the The Hierotrope Series, as Souls of Mischief/Hiero’s Tajai and Chosen F3W producer Unjust team up under the banner Rap Noir.
