Calez started a fresh life in hip-hop with his last album, Baby. Today, he revisits the album with a video for the penultimate song, “Heartbeat,” where he rapped about his newborn kid and the impact its had on his life inside and out of making music.
The video sees the Chicago native taking care of his kid from the baby’s perspective. The new father is doing things like changing the baby’s diaper, feeding it and putting it to bed, all while rapping the loving tale of “Heartbeat” to the tot.
