Issa Rae‘s stellar HBO show Insecure is returning July 23 for its second season. Though there’s been a teaser for the season — featuring Calvin Harris’ summer smash “Slide” with Frank Ocean and Migos — there hadn’t been any indication as to how the season would play out following the twist of season one’s final episode.
But now, with season two less than a month away, HBO shares the official trailer for the second season.
The two-minute clip is soundtracked by Anderson .Paak‘s “Come Down” and “Slide” as Issa — and HERE COMES A SPOILERRRRRRRRRRRRR — navigates her life post-break-up with Lawrence after cheating on him, trying to find her footing again in the dating world after years of being in a relationship.
Watch the trailer below. The first episode of the new season will air at 10 p.m. on HBO, right after Game of Thrones. Make sure your ass is ready to sit in the couch cushion for a couple hours that night.
