Snoop Dogg Bootlegged JAY-Z’s ‘4:44’ Like Everyone Else

Snoop Dogg is a man of many things: successful rapper, quasi-actor, spokesperson, variety show co-host, and more. However, at the end of the day he’s simply Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr., and Calvin is just like everyone else on this planet.

Calvin recently took to his social media to praise JAY-Z‘s thirteenth album 4:44. However, as a person who doesn’t have TIDAL he had to secure it the old-fashioned way: he pirated it.

“I don’t got TIDAL, so [someone] had to bootleg it to me,” Calvin quipped. “I’m on iTunes cuz, I don’t understand that. Y’all gotta explain that to me. I went to iTunes looking for his album and I couldn’t find it. But my homie sent it to me, you understand me.

“Shout out to JAY-Z, man,” Calvin continued. “He did it again. See, I ain’t no hater, I love the game for what it’s worth — the young [guys] and the old [guys]. Practice that. Practice showing love. Practice supporting others [instead of] than yourself.”

Hopefully Snoop Dogg let Calvin know that JAY-Z has let 4:44 go for free, with or without a TIDAL subscription. 4:44 is also slated to arrive on iTunes in the coming days.
