It’s certainly summertime, thus there will certainly be plenty of artists around the world letting you know as such. For years, plenty in the hip-hop world have made songs named after the season, most notably Will Smith’s Grammy-winning “Summertime.”
Key! and ManMan Savage have now added to the lineage of summertime jams with their new song, “Summertime.” (Who would’ve guessed?) The Give ‘Em Hell collaborators don’t need much to enjoy the season, though: just squirt guns, a woman with a big butt, some lawn chairs and a two-liter of Sprite.
