Venturing into the musical waters solo for the first time in over a decade (since 2005’s The Language of My World), Macklemore will *technically* his first go-round without Ryan Lewis sometime in 2017. Recently debuting with the upbeat “Glorious,” Mack has unveiled the video for the single.
The premise is pretty interesting: celebrating his grandmother’s 100th birthday, he agrees to do whatever she wants on her special day. That ultimately turns into something straight of out Dennis The Menace, as GrandMacklemore eggs houses, goes to a strip club, gets a tattoo, cops Yeezys, and gets into other shenanigans that aren’t exactly “grandmotherly.”
