Chattanooga rapper Michael Da Vinci had been silent for nearly a year, returning last month with aspirations to “Get Money.” As Shake noted, it stuck to the trend of the Isaiah Rashad affiliate popping up sporadically with loosie after loosie.
Today, though, da Vinci puts his foot in the ground (at least metaphorically) with “Levitate,” the first single from his newly announced debut album. The song dives into the rapper’s vices of getting fucked up and floating, meditating and preparing for stardom.
