Not content with a simple in-studio performance, Run The Jewels took to the outdoor stage of Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night talk show to put one a mini-mega concert on Hollywood Blvd.
With some help from Trina and Joi, Killer Mike and El-P electrified the crowd with performances of “Panther Like A Panther” and “Down” from their critically-acclaimed third album.

In related news Mike, a shining beacon of the Atlanta community, was celebrated by his city recently, as the Atlanta City Council declared July 17th to be Michael “Killer Mike” Render Day. This follows plans to open a barbershop in the Atlanta Hawks’ arena, and having state’s multi-million dollar drilling machine named after him.
“I respect you in so many ways,” City Councilman Andre Dickens said, who also called Mike honest, articulate and authentic. “You represent the ATL well.”
