Rhythm Roulette w/ London On Da Track

blame it on Patrick Glynn August 9, 2017

London On Da Track has bene curating hits for most of the 2010s, producing songs like T.I. and Young Thug’s “About The Money,” Rich Gang’s “Flava” and “Lifestyle,” Drake’s “Sneakin” and more. He had yet to put his chops to the Rhythm Roulette test, though, until now.

The Atlants-bred producer put on a blindfold and entered A1 Records in New York City. He pulled out Phyllis Hyman’s Living All Alone, Rahsaan Roland Kirk’s Blacknuss and Jesse Saunders’s Chicago Reunion album. He pulled a cover of Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” from Kirk’s album and put the signature trap spin on it.
