blame it on JES7 August 19, 2017

For those who have been patiently awaiting a DMP (aka Durte Muzik Prahdukshun) reunion, fans will be happy to know that Big Shot and Top Gee of the Virginia-reared, Nottz-backed group are readying the release of a new album, Duct Tape, under the guise of The Proz.

While it’s still too early to tell if the rest of the crew, including Boogieman, Khizman, Spoon, Star Boy or Cutlass Reid will make appearances, fans can rejoice in knowning that Nottz will be returning to provide the project’s signature, gritty, funky sounds which gave us songs like “Durte Muzik” and “Bang Dis.”

As they apply the finishing touches on the upcoming album, The Proz drop off a visual for the lead-single “The Duct Tape,” describing it as “Hiroshima was the audio Nagasaki is the visual.”
