Syd — no longer a kid — is always busy.
She dropped her debut album, Fin, this year, and right after that, she got back to work with The Internet, who are working on their Ego Death follow-up after the group’s members split up for their own individual work. Including Syd, the likes of Steve Lacy and Matt Martians also released solo projects this year.
But just as it seems she may have a lull in work, Syd announced a new project — with a single, too — and is now headed out on the road on her own solo tour. Starting October 9 in New York City, she’ll tour 22 dates in North America through the middle of December.
