Gucci Mane Is Getting Off Probation Two Years Early

blame it on Patrick Glynn September 7, 2017

Every week it seems like Gucci Mane is popping up with a bigger smile and better news to share to the people. His Twitter account has basically changed to a DJ Khaled Snapchat with less exclamations, and his new book, The Autobiography of Gucci Mane, along with a new album, Mr. Davis, both drop next week. A month after those release, he’s getting married to the woman who stuck with him through his prison stint.

On top of all this, now it appears that Gucci Mane will officially be a free man starting September 19.

Guwop was given three years probation following his gun charge that sent him to prison. Recent court documents show, though, that Gucci’s probation will end almost two years earlier than originally scheduled. A judge signed the document last month, enabling Gucci’s freedom. (Shout out to The FADER for the find.)

If there’s one lesson to be learned here: there are ways to get through your darkest days, and your best life just might be on the other side. Live life like post-prison Gucci Mane.
