Meek Mill – “Contagious” f. Migos (prod. Key Wane)

blame it on Patrick Glynn September 11, 2017

Leaks aren’t anything new; even the 70s sitcom What’s Happening!! had an episode dedicated to it. Lately, the mysterious Music Mafia has been responsible for a series of leaks and bootlegs, recently forcing producer Sledgren to officially release a years-old Wiz Khalifa and PARTYNEXTDOOR collaboration, “Rain.”

The Mafia also released the official version of Meek Mill and Migos “Contagious.” Way back when they were still trying to really catch on (their impact was felt, certainly, but they weren’t quite as accepted as they are now), the artists collaborated for a track called “Contagious.”

The Key Wane-produced effort never fully saw the light of day, though, until now, when both profiles have been raised to permeate every part of mainstream rap. The energy matches the expectations with Dreams And Nightmares era Meek Mill and Key Wane involved, and the Migos’ infectious flows are just as present as they were then and are now.
