Kwabena Boateng, better known as Macntaj, has only been recording music for roughly a year, but has already worked with a myriad of musicians: Bassnectar, Brillz, UZ, Oski, Troy Ave and OnCue, among others.
Today the Ghanaian vocalist has given the green light to debut his latest offering, a collaborative remix with LEViT∆TE of his single “Lightwaves” with DopeHouse regulars Gunplay and Raz Simone.
“When LEViT∆TE told me he was down to produce an alternate version of ‘Lightwaves,’ Raz Simone and Gunplay were the first people that came to my mind as possible features,” Macntaj said to us. “I called them both up and they were down. From there I feel like LEViT∆TE and I did what we do best. The rest is history.”
