Last night (October 9th), Bruno Mars was a guest on Charlie Rose‘s eponymous interview show on PBS. During his sit-down with the journalist, Bruno spoke on his song-writing process being fueled by emotion, the mammoth success of his album 24K Magic (which is still a stone groove), the true goal of the album (to make a feel-good album that literally gets people off of their phones and into the groove), and more.
A highlight of the show was when Bruno — along with The Hooligans — performed an acoustic version of “That’s What I Like,” banging on a table a la a cafeteria lunch table throughout. Watch the entire episode below.
