Kent, Cream, P and Joon — better known as OverDoz. — will finally release their years-in-the-making major label debut 2008 in 2017.
With a target date of October 27th, the group will finally follow up their 2013 mixtape Boom. Two years after the first triplet of singles “Rich White Friends,” “F**k Yo DJ,” and (this writer’s favorite) “Last Kiss” with Pharrell, OverDoz. has released the fourth offering from the project, “District.”
“It always feels like we are filming a movie and not just a music video,” they said about the visual component of the song directed by Calmatic. “[He] knew exactly how to get our point across and brought the struggles we face as individuals and as a group to light. Hopefully everyone else can relate!”
