Since its inception, the TIDAL X Concert has been the Fall statement for the streaming platform which, despite its heavy star power, is still a relative neophyte in comparison to its competitors. Since 2015, the Barclays Center-helmed concert has played host to Beyoncé, Lil Wayne, Prince, Usher, T.I., Alicia Keys, Nicki Minaj, Lauryn Hill, Common, Dave East and a host of others.
This year, however, will be a bit different.
Partnering with BACARDI, who has committed $1.3 million to various TIDAL X: Brooklyn charities, all proceeds from the concert will go towards funds for organizations that support relief and recovery for those affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, and the earthquakes that took place in Mexico.
Headlined by JAY-Z, the star-studded concert will feature Jennifer Lopez, DJ Khaled, Chris Brown, Cardi B, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, Yo Gotti, A$AP Ferg, Vic Mensa, Fifth Harmony, Joey Bada$$, Belly, Mack Wilds, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Princess Nokia, Tee Grizzley, Rapsody, and much more.
Going down tonight (October 17th), TIDAL has also provided a free stream for those unable to physically attend the concert. Watch it in its entirety below.
