Vintage hip hop label Payday Records recently relaunched thanks to its original founder Patrick Moxey. Moxey, who is President and Founder of Ultra Records, Ultra Music and Ultra International Music Publishing, started Payday Records in 1992 which helped launch the careers of the likes of JAY-Z and Showbiz & A.G.. To reintroduce the label, he recruited DJ Premier and A$AP Ferg for an unexpected collaboration, “Our Streets.”
To match its throwback-inspired sound, the song now has a matching set of visuals. Ferg and Primo, both dressed like they went hopped in a time machine and went on a shopping spree in the 1980s, then returned back to their current time to stunt throughout Harlem. Represent below.
