On Friday (Jan. 5) it was announced that the second season of FX’ popular show Atlanta will debut March 1st on the network. With anticipation rising, Donald Glover and his brother Stephen spoke on the show’s premise.

Dubbed the Atlanta Robbin’ Season, the brothers Glover say that the show draws inspiration from a beloved 90s cartoon: Tiny Toon Adventures. “In the writers room, we spent a lot of time talking about How I Spent My Summer Vacation,” Glover said to Variety. “That was kind of the inspiration.”

“If you watched them all together, they were a movie,” said Stephen. “We kind of took that idea of a whole story, but being told in a bunch of little parts that could be a show.”

Donald added, “You enjoy them if they’re together, but you can also enjoy them in little bits.”

For those who are unaware of Tiny Toons: How I Spent My Summer Vacation (which, shame on you), some reminders can be seen below.
