Those that watched the broadcast of the 75th Golden Globe Awards last night (Jan. 7) were treated to a surprise.

After it was announced that the second season of FX’ popular show Atlanta will debut March 1st on the network, the first trailer for the season debuted during the awards show telecast. With Sonder’s “Too Fast” as its soundtrack, the minute-long clip shows the four main characters — Donald Glover, Brian Tyree Henry, Lakeith Stanfield and Zazie Beetz — in various scenarios. Naturally, like other previews, it doesn’t give anything about the story away… or does it?

Donald and his brother Stephen Glover have described the second season of Atlanta, which they’ve dubbed “Atlanta Robbin’ Season,” as akin to and inspired by the 1992 animated film Tiny Toons: How I Spent My Summer Vacation. “If you watched them all together, they were a movie,” said Stephen. “We kind of took that idea of a whole story, but being told in a bunch of little parts that could be a show.”
