Since rebranding himself as C.S. Armstrong late last year, the artist formerly known as Rocki Evans Chauncy Sherod has been making plenty moves behind the scenes.
Most-recently, the talented crooner had his cover of Bobby Bland’s “Ain’t No Love” be featured in Taraji P Henson’s new Proud Mary film. To capitalize on the moment, Mr. Armstrong has decided to release an entire EP of covers.
Dropping sometime soon, a second preview of the project has been released in the form of a cover of Joe Cocker’s “Little Help From My Friends,” which is produced by Taylor Dexter and Wes Singerman of Supercookies.
