Bodega BAMZ went Hollywood… no, seriously. BAMZ has legitimately entered the acting world, landing a recurring role in premium channel Showtime’s original series, SMILF. On the show he portrayed Carlos, a rapper and close friend of the character Rafi (played by Miguel Gomez). Even better, the show was picked up for a second season.
He hasn’t shied away from the raps however, releasing his latest project P.A.P.I His first since 2016’s All Eyez Off Me, the title is short for “Powerful And Proud Individualz” and aims to be his most personal work to date.
Largely solo on this endeavor, save for one feature by Lil Eto, the 14-track project is led by the single “Clout.” Stream P.A.P.I in its entirety below.
