Over the years, Sunni Colón has continued to show an ability to raise the bar musically. Able to express himself through multiple creative outlets—from singing and producing, directing, and even art installation—the man is just talented as hell.

And he’s only getting better. Whenever Colón drops music and falls back into the shadows, he always resurfaces with a better hold on his craft and somehow improves on whatever gold he released prior.

With last year’s Thierry Disko still in rotation, the Left Coaster has released three songs so far this year (“Summer Blu,” “Yours Truly 2095,” and “Technicolor“). And now, he’s ready to officially kick off the campaign for his next album, Satin Psicodelic, with the release of its first single, “Baby I Don’t Mind.”

And, man… it’s a certified BOP!

Describing his next project a “deeply personal, mystical and psychedelic experience,” Sunni had the following to say about the idea behind it.

“The stories behind Satin Psicodelic are vast but in a nutshell it’s two plus years of creating a myriad of ideas, living in multiple cities, experiencing heartbreak, coming to terms with trauma, and reclaiming myself,” he told Wonderland. “I guess it’s a very relatable human experience.”

Do yourself a favor and press play on “Baby I Don’t Mind” below. Satin Psicodelic is set to impact later this year.
