In August the Migos dropped “Is You Ready,” a contribution to the soundtrack for Mark Wahlberg’s action thriller film Mile 22 (currently in theaters). Now, the song has found new life… for Major League Baseball.
Like J. Cole for the 2018 NBA Playoffs, “Is You Ready” has been tapped to be the theme song for MLB’s 2018 Postseason. They trio drop a quickstrike advert for it, spliced with footage of all of the potential winning teams throughout.
