blame it on Shake September 21, 2018

The wait is almost over, Curren$y and Freddie Gibbs are finally ready to put their Fetti project in motion.

Originally announced in January of 2017, both artists went on to release other projects — Spitta has like a dozen (or more) while Gibbs dropped his You Only Live 2wice EP and Freddie album — while fans waited patiently.

This morning (9/21), Curren$y took to Instagram to reveal he just wrapped up his half of the project—which, as a gift to us all, will be entirely produced by Alchemist.

“This message is to one Fredrick Gibbs,” Spitta said. “My half of Fetti is done. All produced by Alchemist.”

A few minutes later, Gibbs responded with a comment that simply read: “N***a. Send It. I’m by the booth.”

Speaking of Alchemist, he also has a few tricks up his own sleeve he’s ready to unleash. Taking to his social pages, the super producer revealed he’s got a pair of songs with Conway and Westside Gunn (one of which Schoolboy Q is involved), and an EP called Bread with features from WSG, Conway, Black Thought, Roc Marciano, and Earl Sweatshirt.
