On November 9th a pair of hip hop stalwarts — rapper Masta Ace and producer Marco Polo — will release their joint album A Breukelen Story. With a star-studded lineup — Pharoahe Monch, Styles P, eLZhi, and Ace’s group eMC, among others — the duo share the first single “Breukelen” with Smif-N-Wessun.
“This song is an ode to my birthplace, Brooklyn, originally named Breukelen after the city in Holland,” Ace said to Complex. “The video depicts the beauty and essence of my city, and director Parris Stewart captures it perfectly!”
