Wow, it’s been over a year since Michael da Vinci made an appearance at the DopeHouse. And yet, despite his presence over the years the Chattanooga, TN-reared artist has yet to release an album.
He does, however, accomplish his very first “first:” his debut music video, for his new single “Get Money/What It Seems.” The clip follows a day in the life of the artist working at a store and dreaming of better things to come. “This amount of work gon’ mean something, my life ain’t working out,” Da Vinci raps. “I stress way harder than normal, I feel for real.”
