Although he’s only released a handful of tracks this year, YBN Cordae‘s 2018 was one for the books. After catching the attention of the entire rap world with his response to J. Cole’s “1985,” the young spitter kept things rolling with “Fighting Temptations,” “Target,” a fresh freestyle for the LA Leakers, and a few contributions to YBN: The Mixtape.
Now, with a busy 2019 ahead of him, Cordae closes out the year in style with one final song, “What’s Life.”
“As I reflect on the past year,” he says. “I wrote this and was reminded of what’s really important.”
